About
Aljud connects three parties that used to work apart: the donor who never learns where the money went, the charity reviewing cases by hand, and the household left waiting.
The problem is not a shortage of generosity. Saudi society gives abundantly, but the path between giver and recipient is long, poorly documented, and operationally expensive. The donor gives and hears nothing further; the charity spends its effort on paperwork rather than cases; and the household pays a non-financial price, being known publicly as in need.
We build no kitchens, no warehouses and no delivery fleet. The food already exists in restaurants and markets, the money already exists with donors, and charities already know how to verify cases. What was missing was the layer that connects the three and records every movement.
An entitlement is an authorization to spend, not a balance in a wallet.
The distinction looks technical, but it is what makes the limit impossible to exceed, and ties every riyal spent to a real donation that entered a fund, rather than to a number written into a database.
Every decision here is measured by its effect on the two people at either end, not by what makes operations easier for us.
Entitlement is verified before anything is spent, and spending is recorded as it happens, so no gap is left between the intention and the arrival.
Giving should be easier than not giving, and an order should feel like any other food order.
So the donor sees the effect of their gift, the charity sees its cases, and the partner sees what it is owed, each from the same ledger.

Organised, sustainable charitable work is one of the pillars of Saudi Vision 2030: strengthening mutual support, raising quality of life, and putting technology in the service of people.
The aim is not to build a digital platform but to make a lasting human effect: support that reaches those entitled to it with dignity, confidence and reliability, and giving that goes further and lasts longer.
