Zakat al-Fitr and Kaffarah are religiously restricted funds: each has its own programme, and the system cannot spend across them.
How it works
Every decision serves one rule: a dignified quality of life, fairness and transparency in how support arrives, and confidentiality for both the recipient and the donor.
A household’s details reach us from the official registers: the General Organisation for Social Insurance, Social Security, and the charitable societies licensed in the area. No information is requested, as the details are kept in a separate register that neither the restaurant nor the donor can reach.
A daily, weekly, or monthly balance is displayed, sized to the household. No cash nor paper vouchers.
A service provider is selected and the order is placed for pickup or delivery.
The order code is shown at collection. No programme name and no case number appear on screen, like any other order.
Transparency and governance
Four guarantees that cannot be bypassed. They are conditions no one, ourselves included, can bypass from inside the system.
Every riyal spent traces back to a real donation into a named fund. The system cannot grant an unfunded balance.
Entries are appended, neither edited nor deleted, and every movement balances. A correction is a counter-entry on the record, not erased.
The spending limit is a database constraint, not an application check, so it holds even if the application is compromised.
National IDs and documents are kept in a separate, unpublished register, and every access to it is logged. The restaurant sees only an order number.
